As a key team member, you will facilitate fiber splicing projects, interpret schematics, and support infrastructure deployments and maintenance to deliver reliable connectivity solutions. Your expertise will drive operational excellence and efficiency and contribute to the success of our technicians and the growth of our Company. Duties Coordinate the work and information flow for our field service teams performing fiber splicing activities, including in the moment complex troubleshooting. Create Scope of Work documents that enable our technicians to be confident and efficient at the jobsite. Create and Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings related to network infrastructure Maintain detailed records of work performed, including project logs, incident reports, and asset documentation Assist in the field as needed with proven experience in Bucket Truck Operations, In-depth OTDR use & knowledge, Working from Heights, Fusion Spliciing, Ribbon Splicing, and complex OSP fiber optic outage troubleshooting. Experience Proven experience in OSP Fiber Optic Splicing construction, new builds, maintenance and outage troubleshooting Hands-on experience operating fusion splicers, OTDRs, and bucket trucks Strong knowledge of fiber splicing techniques and standards Strong knowledge of interpreting OTDR results for troubleshooting efficiency Ability to generate and read schematics, technical diagrams, and telecom wiring layouts accurately Electrical experience related to network infrastructure or low voltage systems is requireed This role offers an energetic environment where your technical skills make a tangible impact on communication networks, our work teams and our Company.
