Job Description

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - COMMERCIAL / MULTIFAMILY CONSTRUCTION

Responsibilities:

Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout Manage budgets, forecasting, schedules, contracts, buyout and change orders Lead owners, architects, engineers, Superintendents and trade partners Oversee project financial performance, profitability and cost control Drive constructability, value engineering and problem resolution Build strong client relationships and support repeat/new business Mentor and develop project team members

IDEAL BACKGROUND

10+ years of construction Project Management experience Strong commercial General Contractor background Multifamily / multi-unit construction experience strongly preferred Ground-up apartments, mixed-use, student housing or senior living experience highly desirable Strong financial, preconstruction and scheduling capabilities Established relationships throughout Greater Southeast Michigan strongly preferred Ability to leverage local relationships and help grow the company's regional business Procore experience preferred Strong leadership and client-facing skills Apply today: megan.cantone@gogpac.com
