Construction Supervisor

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Supervisor to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Duties Develop project plans/goals, including scope, and scheduling for your team. Ensure timely progress and adherence to schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Oversee construction site materials to ensure each step of the project flows smoothly, stays on schedule, and on budget. Communicate with management, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and specifications. Lead by example while overseeing construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, and quality expectations. Monitor progress and costs; ability to make adjustments as needed for optimal outcomes. Maintain detailed documentation of project milestones, change orders, and other critical records. Ensure timely communication of project updates and issues to management for seamless execution. Skills Experience in construction with a solid understanding of blueprint reading, technical drawings, and schematics interpretation. Strong knowledge of project scheduling techniques and construction management principles. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Project coordination expertise that promotes effective teamwork across diverse groups. Familiarity with construction safety protocols and site supervision best practices. Pay:

$60,320.00 - $83,200.00 per year
