Full-Time | On-Site Job Summary We are seeking an experienced GC Superintendent to lead field operations on industrial, manufacturing, and power & energy construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Supervise subcontractors and field crews. Lead daily construction activities and enforce jobsite safety. Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment. Review project drawings, specifications, and subcontractor scopes. Conduct daily huddles, weekly safety meetings, and progress meetings. Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and as-built records. Work closely with the Project Manager to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals. Manage project logistics, labor coordination, and closeout activities. Qualifications 8+ years of Superintendent experience on Industrial Construction projects. Experience leading large multi-union crews . Strong knowledge of civil/site, architectural/finish, mechanical, and electrical construction. Proficient with Primavera, Prolog, and Viewpoint . Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
OSHA 30, MIOSHA
10, First Aid/CPR, and Accident Investigation training preferred. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical/construction experience.

Project-based travel may be required.
Pay:
$88,514.41 - $106,598.01 per year
