$75,000-$120,000+ per year About Us ROI Property Services is a growing landscape, hardscape, drainage, and property improvement company serving homeowners and commercial clients throughout Southeast Michigan. We specialize in patios, retaining walls, drainage solutions, landscape renovations, outdoor living spaces, and property maintenance. We are looking for a motivated sales professional who can not only close incoming opportunities but also actively generate new business and help drive company growth. Position Summary The Landscape & Hardscape Sales & Business Development Manager is responsible for generating revenue through both company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities. This position combines sales, estimating, relationship building, and business development. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting people, solving problems, building relationships, and helping customers improve their properties. This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow with a company and play a major role in its future success. Responsibilities Sales & Estimating Respond to leads quickly and professionally Schedule and conduct on-site consultations Meet with homeowners and commercial clients Identify customer needs and recommend solutions Measure projects and gather site information Prepare and present proposals Follow up consistently until a decision is made Maintain detailed records in CRM and Jobber Business Development Generate new residential and commercial opportunities Build relationships with property managers Build relationships with HOAs and community associations Network with builders, developers, and real estate professionals Visit commercial properties and introduce company services Develop referral partnerships Reconnect with past customers for additional work Attend networking events and community functions Customer Experience Deliver an exceptional customer experience Communicate professionally throughout the sales process Coordinate with operations and production teams Ensure projects are handed off properly after sale Services You'll Sell Patios Retaining Walls Walkways Outdoor Steps Landscape Renovations Landscape Design Drainage Solutions Yard Drain Systems Grading & Resloping Landscape Lighting Outdoor Living Spaces Property Maintenance Programs Qualifications Required Valid Driver's License Excellent communication skills Strong organizational skills Ability to work independently Comfortable using technology and CRM systems Professional appearance and attitude Preferred Sales experience Landscaping experience Hardscape experience Construction experience Business development experience Experience creating estimates and proposals Performance Expectations First 90 Days Learn company services and sales process Run 10-15 estimates per week Contact all leads promptly Develop referral relationships Generate self-sourced opportunities Ongoing Expectations Maintain strong close rates Generate new business opportunities monthly Build referral partnerships Increase company revenue through proactive selling Represent ROI Property Services professionally at all times Compensation Base Salary $50,000-$65,000 annually Commission Commission paid on sold work Higher commission opportunities available for self-generated business Additional Benefits Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement (if applicable) Company phone allowance (if applicable) Advancement opportunities Ongoing training and development Why Join ROI Property Services?
