Job Description

```Duties```
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
  • Monitor progress and quality of work on-site
  • Review and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
  • Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status
  • Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and daily reports ```Requirements```
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
  • Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera, or Prolog
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
