The pay for this position is $22/ hr. . This represents the pay that Hospitality Staffing Solutions reasonably and in good faith believes it will pay for this role at the time of posting.

Requirements:

Must have the legal authorization to work in the United States Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Must be required to stay over on site when guest are on property. Must have shift flexibility. Must be bilingual (English & Spanish) At least 6 months experience in managing teams Must have reliable transportation. Willing to do heavy lifting. Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Site Supervisor to lead and oversee daily operations at our facility. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cleaning, custodial, and hospitality services to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for the guest. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold quality standards, and maintain efficient workflows across various service areas. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence operational excellence while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. Duties Supervise and coordinate cleaning, custodial, and hospitality staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service. Manage daily schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to meet operational goals. Conduct regular inspections of the facility to verify cleanliness, safety compliance, and maintenance needs. Train and mentor team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations. Oversee inventory levels of cleaning supplies, janitorial equipment, and laundry products; place orders as needed. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations while maintaining a hygienic environment for staff and visitors. Collaborate with management to develop improvement initiatives for housekeeping management and commercial cleaning processes. Qualificaitons Previous experience supervising large teams in a hotel environment. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
