We handle everything from small repairs to full-scale rebuilds after fire, water, and storm damage.

Communicate clearly Solve problems fast Finish strong We run a high-trust, high-responsibility culture—where performance matters and growth is earned. What You'll Be Responsible For You'll manage a pipeline of 15-18 active reconstruction projects ranging from $2K to $1M+ .

This includes:

Running projects from start to finish Coordinating trades, vendors, and schedules Managing budgets, timelines, and scope Communicating with homeowners and insurance stakeholders Problem-solving in real time (because things always come up) Keeping jobs moving—no bottlenecks

What We're Looking For Must-Have Traits:

Strong sense of ownership and accountability High urgency and follow-through Ability to manage multiple projects at once Clear, direct communication style Problem-solver mentality (not a finger-pointer)

Experience:
