  • Full-time, Contract Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Construction Project Manager / Sales professional to lead construction projects from inception to completion while actively engaging in business development.
This dynamic role combines project management expertise with a passion for sales, ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive approach to driving growth and excellence in the construction industry. Duties Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to ensure timely and within-budget delivery. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project coordination and sales opportunities. Prepare detailed construction estimates using tools like HeavyBid and Construction estimating software, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. Utilize project management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, and Construction management platforms to monitor progress, manage schedules, and track project milestones. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, contracts, and technical drawings like Civil 3D to ensure precise execution of design specifications. Conduct site visits to assess construction site conditions, verify work quality, and ensure safety compliance based on construction site experience. Lead contract negotiations and manage contractual documentation to protect company interests while fostering positive client relationships. Coordinate project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar tools, ensuring all tasks align with project timelines and resource availability. Implement effective time management strategies across teams to optimize productivity and meet project deadlines. Drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts and pursuing new client leads through active outreach. Requirements Proven experience in construction management with a solid understanding of project scheduling, site supervision, and blueprint reading. Demonstrated success in construction sales with a track record of building client relationships and closing deals. Proficiency in construction estimating tools such as HeavyBid or equivalent software. Familiarity with contracts, schematics, project documentation, and schematic drawings. Hands-on construction site experience to effectively oversee operations on the ground. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, subcontractors, and vendors. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of heavy civil or commercial construction projects is preferred but not required.
