🏗️ Level 2 Superintendent -
Multi-family & Mixed Use Location:
Lansing / Grand Rapids, MI (Relocation Assistance Available)
Position Type:
Full-Time, Immediate Need An established, highly respected commercial construction leader is seeking an experienced Level 2 Superintendent to spearhead major ground-up projects in Michigan. healthcare/hospital project experience preferred while multifamily and mixed use experience preferred for the level 2 Superintendent 🎯
What You Will Do Lead Major Projects:
Independently manage complex ground-up builds, schedules, trades, and safety.
Mentor Future Leaders:
Coach and develop junior Superintendents to strengthen the overall field team.
Drive Field Culture:
Lead with a level-headed, collaborative, and team-oriented approach. 📝
Ideal Background Experience:
15-25+ years in commercial construction preferred.
Project History:
Proven track record running 12-20+ story mixed-use or residential high-rises, or hospital or multi-family experience
Stability:
Stable career progression showing clear project ownership.
