Job Description

. 2014 Construction Project Manager We re seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish - ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction and restoration projects, from initial assessment through final completion. Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to negotiate contracts and maintain strong, reliable partnerships. Respond to property damage emergencies as part of an on-call rotation when needed. Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company standards , promptly reporting and addressing any concerns. Supervise and support field crews and subcontractors to ensure craftsmanship meets or exceeds company expectations. Develop and track project budgets , reviewing costs, materials, and timelines to ensure profitability and accuracy. Provide regular project updates and progress reports to clients, management, and stakeholders. Issue and manage purchase orders for subcontractor and vendor work. Coordinate all permits and inspections required for each project, ensuring work meets local codes and specifications. Lead teams with professionalism and accountability, setting clear expectations and driving continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred). 1+ years of experience managing construction or property restoration projects. Strong understanding of the full construction process , including codes, blueprints, materials, and project lifecycle. Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, problem-solving, and communication. Proficiency in project management and estimating software (experience with Xactimate is highly valued). Self-driven, organized, and dependable - able to work independently while leading diverse teams. PMP certification or equivalent credentials are a plus.
