A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

Job Description
- Bachelors in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field is required.
- 7+ years of experience in managing construction projects for residential, modular, manufacturing, or site-built constructions.
- Proficiency with scheduling with Microsoft Project is a plus, but any scheduling, budget, and change management experience will be considered.
- Must be able to work in the United States.
- Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, etc.
