Construction & Consulting (MICC), in partnership with Goldfish Swim Schools, is seeking a driven and detail‑oriented Project Manager to support nationwide franchise development. With over 125+ locations advised and more than 175 schools operating across 35 states, Goldfish Swim School is the largest learn‑to‑swim franchise in theU.S. MICC
plays a key role in guiding franchise owners through every phase of development — from early planning to grand opening. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and is passionate about understanding how a franchise construction model operates. Key Responsibilities Project Management & Coordination Lead and manage multiple franchise construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout. Coordinate LOIs, test fits, and layout reviews with ownership and design teams. Oversee GC selection, bid coordination, and contract alignment. Manage submittals, RFIs, schedules, and proactive issue resolution. Track project progress, budgets, and cost impacts with accuracy and clarity. Facilitate communication between franchise owners, contractors, architects, and internal teams. Construction Oversight Conduct site visits for pre‑construction, active construction, and closeout phases. Review and interpret construction drawings, MEP systems, pool systems, and operational layouts. Support owners and subcontractors by educating them on systems, processes, and expectations. Ensure timely procurement and coordination of owner‑supplied items and long‑lead equipment. Process Development & Documentation Develop and refine internal processes to streamline project information flow. Prepare information packages for owners, design teams, and franchisor leadership. Assist with data analysis for estimating, cost trends, and product evaluation. Support the introduction of new products and materials to the franchisor network. Relationship Management Build strong relationships with franchise owners, suppliers, vendors, and contractors. Communicate project needs clearly and professionally across all stakeholders. Provide training and guidance to new franchise owners as needed.
