Shaheen Development is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee projects from estimating and bidding through completion. This role coordinates subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and contracts to deliver quality work on time while maintaining a safe job site. Responsibilities Prepare and review project estimates; develop and maintain construction schedules. Manage the bidding process, including preparing detailed bid packages, soliciting proposals, and evaluating pricing, qualifications, scope, and schedule. Prepare and review detailed subcontractor scopes of work; negotiate pricing and contract terms and award subcontracts. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, materials, and deliveries. Prepare and review change order requests and negotiate associated cost and schedule adjustments. Prepare, submit, and track submittals and requests for information (RFIs). Monitor project costs and budgets; prepare and maintain cost reports. Review plans, resolve site issues, and monitor compliance with building codes and safety requirements. Perform visual quality-control walkthroughs on all completed jobs and coordinate corrective work. Communicate project progress, costs, and key decisions to company leadership and stakeholders. Qualifications Construction management or site supervision experience, including scheduling, estimating, subcontract negotiation, and contract awards. Strong organizational skills and communication skills. Knowledge of construction methods, drawings, contracts, building codes, and safety requirements. A degree in construction management or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
