Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities on custom residential projects. Manage subcontractors, trades, schedules, and jobsite operations. Maintain exceptional standards of craftsmanship, quality, and attention to detail. Ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and within budget. Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and team members. Review construction plans, specifications, and project details. Identify and resolve construction challenges proactively. Maintain clean, safe, and professional jobsites. Work closely with the Bandi Builders team to deliver outstanding finished projects. Qualifications Experience in residential construction, preferably high-end custom homes and renovations. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building practices. Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead crews and coordinate multiple trades. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to quality. Professional attitude and attention to detail. Valid driver's license.
