$95,000 - $110,000Founded in 1999, we are a full service architectural and engineering design firm with roughly 100 employees company wide and approximately 70 employees based in our Troy, Michigan headquarters. We provide integrated design services across education, healthcare, commercial, data centers, research and development, sports and recreation, and industrial markets. Our culture is built on collaboration, inclusion, and technical excellence. As a Construction Administrator, you will lead on site coordination, resolve construction issues, support multi discipline teams, and help ensure that design intent is carried through to project completion.

What You Will Be DoingLead the on site Construction Administration process on projects of all sizesVisit construction sites to gather information, answer contractor questions, and prepare punch listsPresent technical design solutions to clients, contractors, and review groupsResolve on site construction issues quickly, accurately, and professionallyMaintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and project team membersWhat You Need for This PositionProfessional degree in Architecture with 10 or more years of relevant experience and active architectural registrationStrong understanding of construction practices, methodologies, field coordination, and multi discipline project deliveryAbility to supervise project teams, meet technical and schedule targets, and support integrated A E collaborationKnowledge of Revit along with the ability to support design intent, technical documentation, and code complianceExperience mentoring junior and intermediate staff while maintaining clear communication with contractors and clientsAbility to coordinate with the Architectural Department Director and represent the firm professionally in the fieldWhat's In It for YouFull Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD/STD, 401k w/ matching) and more!
