We are seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Project Manager to lead landscape construction projects from start to finish. Position Summary The Landscape Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of landscape construction projects, including field leadership. This role provides leadership to field crews, ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. This position plays a critical role in ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision of landscape construction crews. Interpret and implement project plans, blueprints, and specifications. Coordinate labor, equipment, logistics, and resources to achieve project milestones. Oversee installation of hardscapes, plantings, irrigation systems, drainage improvements, grading, and site features with precision. Monitor job site safety and ensure compliance with company and OSHA regulations. Maintain professional communication with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, Track project progress, labor utilization, and material usage to support budget adherence. Mentor and develop crew members, fostering a culture of accountability, quality, and teamwork. Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in landscape construction, including supervisory responsibilities. Strong technical knowledge of landscape construction practices, equipment, and materials. Experience and knowledge with grading, irrigation, plant placement, drainage systems. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Valid driver's license; CDL preferred. Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is advantageous.
