Full Job Description Minnesota Thunder Academy Winter Park Site Supervisor Pay:

$20-22 an hour Job type: Part-time, flexible

Shift Examples:

7am - 1pm, 12pm-5pm, 4pm-10pm Candidates with Mornings and/or Weekends available will be preferred.

The Position:

Minnesota Thunder Academy is a non-profit, competitive youth soccer club. The Winter Park Site Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our players, families, and visitors.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Facility Management:

Ensure the facility is open and operational during scheduled hours. Conduct rounds to ensure the facility is safe and well maintained. Perform light cleaning to ensure a safe and professional environment. Ability to work independently. Perform other duties as assigned. Customer Service Welcome visitors to the facilities and answer general questions. Appropriately redirect customer complaints or inquiries. Enforce facility rules and regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment. Handle Point of Sales (POS) operations for small concession and spirit wear stand. Maintain the proper image and generate positive relationships with patrons and staff. Safety & Security Responsible for the security, safety and emergency procedures such as opening/closing the facility. Responds to accidents and emergencies promptly and appropriately. Monitor parking and severe weather conditions. Communicates incidents and issues to direct supervisor.

Need to have:

Must be at least 18 years of age or older. Able to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance. Satisfactory completion of a background check. Basic computer and math skills required.

Nice to have:
