About the Role The Site Supervisor ensures a welcoming, safe, and clean environment at Winter Park for players, families, and visitors through exceptional customer service and facility oversight.
Greet visitors, answer questions, resolve complaints, enforce facility rules, handle POS transactions for concessions and spirit wear, and monitor parking/weather.
Safety & Security:
Enforce emergency procedures, respond promptly to incidents, and report issues to management.
Atmosphere:
Maintain the proper image and generate positive public relations with patrons and staff. Requirements Must be 18+ years old. Basic computer/math skills Ability to work independently during evenings and weekends. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Pass a background check. Preferred Qualifications Customer service, supervisory, or facility/crowd control experience. Basic Spanish would be a plus.
