Job Description Leading daily site operations and coordinating subcontractors Maintaining safe, clean, and organized jobsites Managing schedules, sequencing, and weekly 3-week look-ahead planning Partnering closely with Project Managers to maintain alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle Conducting weekly safety inspections and toolbox talks Proactively identifying and solving field issues before they become larger problems Managing project documentation through Procore including daily logs, RFIs, punch lists, photos, and field coordination Coordinating inspections, deliveries, and subcontractor scheduling Reviewing drawings, specifications, and subcontractor scopes thoroughly Supporting quality control and driving projects to successful completion MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of GC experience Proficient in Procore and OSHA certified required Ability to work well in the field with subcontractors Ground-up experience in multifamily/senior-living Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred What's on Offer Competitive base salary ranging between $115,000-$140,000 $400/month auto allowance + gas card 2 weeks PTO Bonus program 100% of health insurance premiums are paid by employer (80% for dependents)
