Construction Manager / Lead Installer

This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for a high-level construction professional who is ready to step into a leadership role and grow into a Construction Director / Head of Installations as the company scales. About Pioneer Golf Company Pioneer Golf Co. is a fast-growing startup building high-end, custom indoor golf simulators in luxury homes and commercial facilities across the Midwest. About the Role You will start as the Lead Installer / Construction Lead, working directly with the founder to execute projects at a high level. For the first 6-12 months, you will be: Deep in the field Learning our systems, standards, and build process Taking ownership of installs and job site execution After that, the role evolves into: Building and leading your own install team Hiring and training crew members Owning construction operations at a higher level Playing a key role in scaling the company This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear path to running the installation division. What You'll Do Lead and execute custom golf simulator installations from start to finish Perform high-quality hands-on construction work: Framing Finish carpentry Mounting and fabrication Carpet installation Adapt plans to real-world job site conditions Solve problems quickly and independently Maintain exceptional quality standards in luxury homes and commercial spaces Communicate directly with clients and the founder Help build, document, and improve installation processes Train and lead future installers as the team grows

What We're Looking For Required:

5+ years of hands-on construction experience (residential and/or commercial) Strong understanding of building systems and job site execution Proven ability to work independently and take ownership High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Strong problem-solving ability in the field Must be a golfer (understand the product and customer experience) Willingness to work in a startup environment (fast-paced, evolving, high ownership)

Preferred:
