Job Description Oversee installation and coordination of all MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, low voltage, fire protection). Manage subcontractors and trade labor to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and codes. Develop and maintain project schedules; implement recovery strategies as needed. Enforce site safety programs and ensure adherence to all regulations. Collaborate with owners, architects, and engineers to resolve field issues. Lead inspections, commissioning, turnover, and training processes for all systems. Maintain detailed daily records of MEP trade progress and participate in preconstruction planning. The Successful Applicant Extensive experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) construction. Strong knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and multi-trade coordination. Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, and specifications. Proficient in scheduling and project management tools; BIM experience preferred. Proven leadership in managing crews, subcontractors, and project teams. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Knowledgeable in safety standards, quality control, and compliance requirements. Track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client expectations. Skilled in resource planning, cost tracking, and productivity optimization. Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong ability to anticipate risks and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project success.
