3+ years of experience in administrative support, program coordination, event planning, or training operations Demonstrated experience with purchasing processes (POs, invoicing, vendor management) Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple concurrent programs and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable interfacing with executives, field employees, and external vendors Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and virtual meeting platforms Ability to travel up to 10-15% for training classes and eventsOur Core Values:
