|SENIOR HVAC PROJECT & OFFICE MANAGER
🚨 A well-established and growing mechanical contractor in Southern Minnesota is seeking a Senior HVAC Project & Office Manager to lead commercial HVAC projects while helping oversee day-to-day office and operational functions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HVAC professional looking for increased leadership responsibility, autonomy, and long-term growth with a respected organization. 🔹Responsibilities:
- Manage HVAC projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, project execution, and quality control
- Monitor project progress and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Conduct site visits and support field operations as needed
- Build strong relationships with customers and project stakeholders
- Assist with office operations and project administration 🔹
Qualifications:
- HVAC, Mechanical Construction, or Project Management experience
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with scheduling software and Microsoft Office
- Estimating experience is a plus
- Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management background preferred but not required 🔹
