This role supports large,plex projects acrossmercial, healthcare, and institutional markets, working closely with design teams, contractors, and ownership groups to ensure successful execution through the construction phase. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being in the field, solving problems in real time, and acting as the bridge between design intent and construction reality. Responsibilities Participate in project handoff from the design team followingpletion of construction documents Represent the design team and owner during construction to ensure alignment with project intent Attend Owner, Architect, and Contractor meetings and provide project updates Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, andpliance Review and respond to RFIs, submittals, and field issues Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve challenges Support project delivery by helping maintain schedule, budget, and quality expectations Manage multiple active projects simultaneously across varying stages of construction Qualifications 8+ years of experience in construction administration, architecture, or related field Experience working onplexmercial or institutional projects Background in an architectural or consulting environment strongly preferred Strong understanding of construction processes, documentation, and field coordination Proficiency with Bluebeam, Revit is a bonus Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively Strongmunication and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel within the Midwest; mostly day travel with occasional overnight trips What Will Set You Apart Experience acting as a liaison between design teams and contractors during construction Comfort working in technicallyplex environments with high expectations for accuracy Ability to anticipate issues in the field and proactively drive solutions Professional presence when working with clients, contractors, and internal teams Compensation & Benefits Strong year-end bonus and profit-sharing program 401(k) with guaranteed safe harbor contribution + additionalpany performance contributions Competitive PTO with the ability to accrue additional time through project workload Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits Long-term stability within a high-performing, well-established firm Be the first to learn about future positions by joining our and following us on !
