These steps include negotiating with sellers, meeting with public agency staff, working with consultants on due diligence, collaborating with designers to develop site and conceptual architectural plans, managing the land entitlement and public land sale approval process, and assisting with or directly overseeing the application for and administration of public funding grants. The Real Estate Development Manager also participates in internal and external home sales processes. Why Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity? Required Qualifications Education, credentials, and experience: Minimum three years' experience in real estate development, affordable housing development and finance, or project management. Some combination of post-secondary education and relevant work experience may substitute for the experience requirement above. Valid driver's license with good driving record. Personal auto insurance compliant with TCHFH Driver's Policy.
