Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily production activities, ensure adherence to safety standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your leadership will inspire teams to meet quality, efficiency, and safety goals while maintaining a vibrant and motivated work environment. Responsibilities:
  • Manage residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish
  • Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
  • Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and vendors
  • Create, manage, and maintain construction schedules
  • Use AccuLynx to track projects, scheduling, and job progress
  • Monitor job sites for quality, safety, and productivity
  • Coordinate material orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Communicate with owners, clients, and internal team members
  • Resolve job site issues and maintain workflow
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
  • Experience using AccuLynx
  • Strong ability to read and understand construction plans
  • Proven ability to schedule subcontractors and manage project timelines
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Valid driver's license
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with both residential and commercial construction
  • Strong problem-solving skills
