We're partnering with a well-respectedmercial construction firm to add a Project Manager to their team. This role is focused on exterior construction projects, managing multiplemercial jobs from planning through closeout. The ideal candidate brings hands-on project management experience, strong leadership skills, and a client-focused approach.
Project Manager Responsibilities
Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
Oversee exterior construction activities (roofing, siding, widows and gutters), ensuring quality, safety, and adnce to specifications.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, and suppliers to ensure projects stay on track.
Monitor progress through site visits, addressing issues and implementing solutions proactively.
Manage budgets, control costs, review invoices, and identify opportunities for efficiency.
Lead project closeout activities, including punch lists, inspections, client handovers, and reporting lessons learned.
Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Project Manager Qualifications
2+ years of project management experience in exterior ormercial construction.
Strong knowledge of exterior construction methods, industry standard and materials.
Familiarity with local building codes, permitting, andpliance requirements.
Proficient in project management software such as Procore or BuilderTrend.
Excellent leadership,munication,anizational, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR screening; DOT Medical Card required or obtainable.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
