This role focuses on leadingmercial projects from preconstruction through closeout, collaborating with clients, design teams, trade partners, and internal staff. You will help ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards, while facilitating smooth operations and clientmunication.
Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:
Communicate project status, schedules, and updates with clients, field staff, and trade partners.
Maintain project schedules and coordinate tasks for efficient workflow.
Monitor budgets and assist in cost tracking, ensuring project scopes align with financial targets.
Collaborate with estimators to validate project estimates and review scopes of work.
Assist in preparing change orders and ensure approvals are in place before execution.
Secure necessary permits and schedule inspections.
Lead and coordinate job supervisors and field staff to achieve project objectives.
Participate in project meetings and support collections of receivables when needed.
practical construction knowledge to solve site issues and keep projects moving forward.
Senior Project Manager Qualifications:
5+ years ofmercial construction project management experience.
Solid understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and cost management.
Highlyanized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strongmunication and customer service skills.
Experience with project management software (Procore, Sage) and Microsoft Office.
Valid driver's license with a clean record and ability to pass an MVR screening.
Ability to pass a background check.
Valid DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one if required.
