The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing field teams, managing daily project execution, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive leader with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities who can drive efficiency, teamwork, and continuous improvement across all production activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate field teams, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards. Manage tools, materials, and supplies to support efficient daily operations. Monitor job quality and timeliness, promptly addressing and resolving any customer or project-related issues. Oversee job preparation and logistics by coordinating with Crew Leaders and Field Technicians. Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training new Crew Leaders to build a high-performing team. Collaborate with the Office Administrator to schedule jobs, manage project timelines, and resolve callbacks or customer concerns. Maintain a culture of safety, professionalism, and accountability within the production team. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Requirements:

Proven experience in production management, construction operations, or a related leadership role. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Proficiency with iPads and web-based project management or scheduling software. Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, team-oriented mindset. Innovative thinker with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence. Must meet the legal driving age requirements and hold a valid driver's license to operate company vehicles.
