Position Information:
Boone County Family Resources is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Site Supervisor. The primary duty of the Site Supervisor is to assist the Site Manager in the oversight and management of the Supported Living residential program. Job duties include writing and monitoring individual plans of care, and ensuring compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and accreditation standards. The Site Supervisor is responsible for staff scheduling, staff meetings, and the oversight of individuals served expenditures. The Site Supervisor position requires flexibility in schedule to meet individuals served and staffing needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited College/University or a combination of education and experience, one year of experience working with persons with disabilities can be substituted for each year of required education. A strong preference will be given to applicants with supervisory experience and/or experience working as a Direct Support Specialist for at least one year with the Agency. Not sure if you qualify? Job Type:
Full-time hourly position that requires after-hours on-call rotation Eligible for merit-based raises at 6 months, 1 year, and annually thereafter.
