The Bridge Foreman is responsible for supervising daily field operations, coordinating manpower and equipment, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring work is completed on schedule. This position requires strong leadership skills and extensive hands-on experience with bridge construction activities including concrete structures, formwork, falsework, pile driving, reinforcing steel, and structural concrete placement. The successful candidate will work closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors, and inspectors to safely deliver high-quality bridge and structure projects. This project is out of state and will require travel for 12+ months. Responsibilities Lead and supervise bridge crews in daily construction activities. Plan, schedule, and assign work to crew members to maximize productivity and efficiency. Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company, client, OSHA, and DOT safety requirements.
