Water/Wastewater Construction Project Manager

Salary Range:

$120,000 - $130,000

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for all construction-related activities at assigned sites, ensuring seamless coordination across teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure safety is the top priority across all project sites Manage projects from post-preconstruction through closeout, including contracts, scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance Oversee utilities coordination, access/egress, submittals, RFIs, document control, and commissioning Lead project execution to meet deadlines and budget requirements Coordinate with engineering, compliance/regulatory, and legal teams Serve as the main point of contact for all construction-related activities Provide direction and coordinate efforts with Regional Construction Managers (RCMs) Conduct site walkthroughs with Operations, partners, vendors, and internal teams Manage a mix of Agency CM projects and General Contractor direct contracts Build and maintain strong vendor relationships while expanding the network Continuously pursue professional development and industry training

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited program (preferred) Minimum of 7 years of relevant construction management experience Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract management, and project delivery
