Job Description
Experienced Foreman/Manager needed to lead home-building crew - all Springfield area work!
Pay:
$61,500 - $92,500 per year We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead and oversee our home-building crew in the Springfield area. This dynamic role requires a motivated leader with a strong background in the building of residential homes/cabins which will include construction management, project scheduling and team supervision. As a key driver of our projects, you will ensure that all construction activities are executed efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional craftsmanship while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.Full-time Benefits include:

- Lead, supervise and coordinate the home building crew to ensure smooth daily operations on all project sites.
- Oversee construction activities, including blueprint reading, and ensuring work aligns with design specifications.
- Monitor quality control processes to uphold safety standards and construction quality.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that project milestones are achieved.
- Maintain documentation of project progress, safety compliance records and any other relevant areas. Qualifications
- Proven management experience in residential construction projects, with supervising responsibilities.
- Familiarity with construction site safety protocols.
- Knowledge of reading and understanding blueprints and other specifications, including client provided plans/sketches.
- Experience with project scheduling and budgeting within the construction industry.
- Hands-on experience working on construction sites with a focus on quality control and safety inspections.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
