Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee projects from pre-construction through completion and warranty. Our team values safety, client management, and successful project execution, ensuring operational standards are met throughout each phase.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day construction activities and drive successful execution of one or multiple projects, focusing on safety, quality, schedule, and cost control. Collaborate with engineering teams, manage project planning, scheduling, estimating, and risk assessment while supporting client relationships and contract negotiations. Direct subcontractor and supplier activities, facilitate documentation turnover, permit compliance, and ensure implementation of construction staffing and project execution plans. Manage internal and external project reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, status updates, as well as project closeout, warranty administration, and quality assessments.

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement. A minimum of 7 years of relevant project management experience in the construction industry. Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access). Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control, and project management software is preferred.
