WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead all preconstruction activities: conceptual budgeting, scheduling, scope development, and design collaboration Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients , architects , and subcontractors Guide the team through value engineering strategies to optimize cost and maximize value Ensure early alignment between design intent and budget realities Serve as a strategic liaison between preconstruction and operations Coach and mentor junior preconstruction staff Represent the company's values and vision in all client and partner interactions 🧠

WHAT YOU BRING

10+ years of commercial construction experience, with a heavy focus on conceptual estimating Proven success managing large-scale projects ($10M

• 100M+) Deep understanding of conceptual estimating and collaborative delivery Exceptional communication and leadership skills Strong command of Procore, OnScreen Takeoff, Bluebeam, and Excel Passion for building not just projects—but people and communities Based in or near Kansas City, MO 💼
