Construction Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to join our team! This position is responsible for managing subcontractors, maintaining schedules, ensuring quality workmanship, enforcing safety standards, and keeping projects on track from start to finish. The ideal candidate has strong construction knowledge, leadership skills, and a commitment to high-quality residential work.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily activity on construction sites Supervise subcontractors, labor crews, and vendors Ensure homes are built according to plans, specifications, and quality standards Monitor progress and keep projects on schedule Coordinate deliveries, materials, inspections, and subcontractor timelines Identify and resolve construction issues quickly and effectively Enforce jobsite safety and maintain clean, organized worksites Communicate regularly with the general contractor, office staff, and homeowners as needed Review work for quality and ensure corrections are completed properly Maintain daily reports, schedules, and site documentation

Qualifications:

Experience managing construction projects or job sites Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and sequencing Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications Strong leadership and crew management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving ability Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Valid driver's license and reliable transportation We're looking for a hands-on leader with a strong knowledge in construction, who leads crews with confidence, communicates clearly, and takes real pride in delivering quality work.

Pay:

$20.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
