Track procurement and long-lead materials to help prevent project delays. Identify schedule, budget and field issues early and take ownership of getting them resolved. Coordinate permitting, inspections and closeout requirements as needed. Travel to project locations throughout the United States for job checks and site visits. Qualifications Proven experience managing commercial construction projects. Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, materials and project management. Ability to read and understand construction drawings, specifications and scopes of work. Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple construction trades.
