Missouri , Mexico Job Description Bridge Superintendent We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to travel for heavy, complex civil construction projects such as bridges, railway, and marine work. The superintendent manage the "on-site" operations including, material shipments, personnel and equipment resources. Implement all safety regulations, maintain a safe worksite for all crafts. Schedule any subcontractors required for the work.

Bridge Superintendent Responsibilities:

Planning construction job site requirements. Ordering the necessary supplies/materials. Tracking job site production on a daily/weekly basis. Supervising, training, guiding, and directing job Foreman and other crew workers. Creating and maintaining excellent working relationships and working cooperatively with project owners and subcontractors. Overseeing quality control and job site productivity.

Bridge Superintendent Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on bridge projects. Proficient in the civil construction process. Experience with bridge structures composed of a plate girder, concrete girder, and/or steel truss; founded on driven piling, drilled shafts, or spread footings is preferred.

Travel Schedule:

14 days on, 7 days off - or - 9 days on, 5 days off (home every other weekend)

Compensation Package:
