In this role, you will be the vital link ensuring seamless project execution by coordinating schedules, resources, and communication across multiple remediation and mitigation projects. Your proactive approach will help keep projects on track, within scope, on budget, and aligned with client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to complex construction initiatives while honing your project management skills in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, detail-oriented. Responsibilities You will be responsible for the day to day responsibilities. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using construction management practices Coordinate with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly. Assist in preparing construction estimates by gathering data and supporting the estimation team with accurate resource allocation details. Track project progress through regular site visits and updates, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality requirements. Manage documentation related to contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and submittals using tools like Bluebeam and ProCore. Support project teams in resource planning, procurement schedules, and labor coordination to optimize productivity on-site. Monitor project timelines closely, identify potential delays early, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule. Complete your own job orders, as well as manage others Qualifications Proven experience with construction management systems Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and contract administration. Hands-on experience with project scheduling, project coordination, and construction site operations. Familiarity with construction management practices including safety protocols, quality control, and site logistics. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines. Effective communication skills for liaising with diverse teams including subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. Knowledge of the restoration or drying industries a plus. Construction site experience is preferred to better understand field operations and challenges.
