Starting Salary:
$60,000 - Based on Experience & Qualifications The Kyle Center is seeking a dependable, organized, and experienced ISL Program Director to oversee our Individualized Supported Living (ISL) program. This position provides leadership to Team Supervisors and DSPs while ensuring individuals receive safe, high-quality, person-centered services. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the ISL program and assigned homes. Supervise and support Team Supervisors and DSP staff. Maintain regular communication with Team Supervisors regarding staffing, individual needs, and program concerns. Spend a minimum of 4 hours per week in assigned ISL homes, rotating between locations to provide oversight and staff support. Ensure services, documentation, and individual plans are completed accurately and on time. Develop, monitor, and maintain ISL and household budgets. Review house ledgers, individual funds, receipts, and financial documentation for accuracy and accountability. Review payroll information and ensure timely and accurate submission. Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, employee performance, and coverage needs. Ensure compliance with agency policies and applicable state requirements. Participate in the agency's on-call rotation and respond to emergencies, staffing concerns, and program needs. Work closely with the Executive Director and leadership team to maintain and improve program quality. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant work and leadership experience may be considered in place of a degree. Previous management or supervisory experience preferred. Experience in ISL, developmental disability services, residential services, healthcare, or a related field is strongly preferred. Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple homes, staff, budgets, and deadlines. Must be willing and able to participate in the on-call rotation.
MO-TAP DSP
Apprenticeship certification preferred. If not already completed, the selected candidate will be required to enroll in and successfully complete the MO-TAP Apprenticeship Program. Compensation & Benefits Starting salary approximately $60,000 per year; final salary may vary based on experience, qualifications, education, and certifications.
