Job Description

Plumbing Project Manager Are you an experienced project manager with expertise in plumbing systems and a passion for leading complex projects? We are seeking a Plumbing Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of plumbing installations for large-scale commercial, institutional, and industrial projects. Your Role Will Include:
Managing all aspects of plumbing projects, from initial planning and budgeting to final completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Coordinating with engineers, designers, field teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration and execution of plumbing systems. Reviewing blueprints, specifications, and submittals to ensure designs meet project requirements and industry standards. Conducting site visits to monitor project progress, address on-site challenges, and maintain quality control. Developing and managing schedules, handling RFIs and change orders, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. What You Bring to the
Table:
A proven track record of 5+ years in plumbing project management, preferably within the mechanical construction industry. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation methods, along with relevant codes and standards. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and maintain accountability. Excellent communication and organizational abilities to handle multiple projects and collaborate effectively with all stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
