Job DescriptionProgram Site Manager ABiLITY | Full-Time | Hourly, Non-Exempt Lead. Support. Make a Difference. ABiLITY is seeking a Program Site Manager in Life Opportunities (LifeOps) to oversee daily program operations, supervise Day Habilitation Direct Support Professionals, and provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). This hands-on leadership role combines staff supervision, program oversight, and direct care to help individuals build independence and achieve personal goals. Responsibilities Supervise, coach, and support DSP staff. Provide direct support and skill-building services to individuals served. Ensure health, safety, documentation, and program compliance requirements are met. Oversee site operations Review timecards, mileage, and required reporting. Promote a positive, person-centered environment and community inclusion. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. At least 18 years old with 4+ years of driving experience. Missouri Class E Chauffeur's License and ability to pass a DOT physical. Minimum 1 year of supervisory/team lead experience. Minimum 1 year supporting individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills. Willingness to lead in either site; Washington, Union, and Community. Starting Wage $23/ hour Required Certifications Must obtain and maintain: CPR/First Aid Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Level 1 Medication Aide Tools of Choice Required Relias Training Schedule Flexible schedule based on program needs.
