Superintendent

What comes with this opportunity is wide open responsibility to run your team, direct impact with clientele, a variety of project sizes and locations and an unmatched performance-based bonus program! They are specifically looking for someone with projects up to $10-45M and experience with industrial, manufacturing, car dealerships and other projects.

Superintendent Requirements:

Previous experience as a Superintendent Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers in order to run the site efficiently and effectively Enforce Project-Specific Safety Plan and ensure compliance with OSHA safety policies.
