Family-focused culture & team events About the Role We are seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to lead field operations across projects in South Mississippi and the Gulf Coast region. As the primary field leader, you will partner closely with the Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute all construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. What You'll Do ????? Project & Field Leadership Lead all on-site construction activities and subcontractor coordination Serve as the primary field contact for clients and stakeholders Develop and manage project schedules, including look-ahead planning Oversee site logistics, phasing, and sequencing ???? Safety & Quality Implement and enforce site-specific safety programs Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards Lead quality control processes, including inspections and testing ???? Planning & Execution Review contracts, drawings, budgets, and scopes with project teams Identify labor, material, and equipment needs Monitor costs, productivity, and schedule performance ???? Team Leadership & Culture Lead, mentor, and develop field staff and trade partners Promote teamwork and resolve conflicts effectively Foster a culture aligned with Codaray's core values ? Project Closeout & Client Satisfaction Manage commissioning and project closeout processes Maintain client relationships through warranty periods Ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations What We're Looking For ???? Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, or equivalent experience 10+ years of construction experience, including 7+ years in leadership Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and safety standards Ability to read and interpret construction documents Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software ????
