Job Description

A seasoned electrical construction professional who has advanced through the trade into senior field leadership. Must demonstrate the ability to independently manage large-scale electrical operations, direct multiple crews, maintain productivity, coordinate with project leadership, and deliver projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Job Summary:
Senior Electrical Superintendent responsible for leading field operations on large commercial and industrial electrical projects. Oversees manpower, safety, quality, scheduling, productivity, and coordination with project management and other trades. Requires strong electrical construction knowledge and proven experience leading multiple crews and foremen.
Skill Desired:
Proven leadership of large electrical construction crews, including General Foremen, Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices Strong commercial and industrial electrical construction knowledge Advanced ability to read electrical drawings, one-lines, specifications, and construction documents Experience with switchgear, transformers, distribution systems, feeders, grounding, conduit, and equipment installation Strong manpower planning, scheduling, and productivity management Ability to coordinate with general contractors, project managers, engineers, inspectors, and other trades Experience with electrical testing, commissioning, startup, and project closeout Strong understanding of NEC, OSHA, and job-site safety requirements Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to identify constructability issues and implement effective field solutions Experience managing multiple crews and work areas simultaneously Ability to mentor and develop field leadership personnel
