Mechanical Preconstruction Estimating Manager Location:

Typical Duties:

• Developing relationships with client's preconstruction managers
• Analyzing RFP's for potential projects to bid
• Formulating budgets from narratives, scopes or other documentation
• Keep Estimating software updated
• Training additional estimators

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years' experience
• BS Mechanical Engineering
• Strong Communications skills including interaction with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
• Proficient in the use of AutoBid - Trimble
• Technical knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing systems
• Code proficiency in both trades
• Excellent analytical abilities which provides them the skill to take a project from a written narrative and limited information to a budget price
