Job Overview:
We are hiring an Assistant Superintendent to support our Superintendent in the day-to-day execution of complex luxury residential projects. The right candidate has real construction and site experience, is comfortable talking directly with subcontractors about schedule and sequencing, and isn't afraid of the less glamorous work (material pickups, dump runs, site cleanup, and small in-house construction tasks). Carpentry experience is a plus, not a requirement. This is a field-based, Monday-Friday role with the expectation of being on-site daily.
