Job Description

From rustic to contemporary design, we're the builders who bring your ideas to life. Construction Superintendent To provide on-site coordination for all phases of commercial/retail construction projects, including working with the Project Manager to coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries and equipment, ensuring any project specific plan, drawings and specifications are being strictly followed, and job is proceeding safely, and on schedule. Superintendent shall work with Project Manager for day- to- day coordination, scheduling of work, inspections, quality control, and job site safety. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Work with subcontractors, and vendors in the critical path to ensure timely completion. Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed. Communicate and insure coordination with Project Managers for RFI's, addendums and material submittals as needed. Ensure that subcontractors are fully executing and complying with their contracted scope of work. Coordinate required inspections with Project Manager and meet inspectors on site for inspections. Maintain daily log (written and photos) of activities on the jobsite. Required Skills & Experience Provide direction to and resolve problems amongst all jobsite subcontractors and vendors. Ability to identify deficient work and provide resolution. Blueprint reading. Physically lift-up to 100 lbs. Endurance and ability to visit and inspect the multiple job sites, including stairs or other elevated structures.
