Project Superintendent

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Project Superintendent to manage and work construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in ProCore, project scheduling, quality control, daily reports, ability and knowledge to physical work and manage construction sites. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all on-site activities
• Oversee daily operations to ensure projects are on track and within budget
• Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules
• Physically work on site to make sure job stays on schedule
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is being performed according to specifications
• Manage subcontractors and vendors effectively
• Implement and enforce safety protocols on the construction site
• Review and interpret blueprints and project specifications Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Project Superintendent in the construction industry
• Proficiency in project management software such as ProCore
• Strong understanding of construction processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Knowledge of contract management and quality control procedures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

$80,000.00
